The stay was primarily for visiting Vanderbilt as my dad was undergoing treatment, and I couldn't have asked for a more supportive environment. Ms. Merna at the front desk really stood out with her helpfulness. The room was spotless, and the overall feeling of security was a huge plus during a stressful time. I did notice, however, that the breakfast could use a bit more variety.

The Den Room with King Bed offers a cozy space with comfortable furnishings for a good night's rest. The kitchenette adds a nice touch for those wanting to prepare simple meals.
Parking fees hit the wallet pretty hard, which you don’t really expect when you're already shelling out for the room. The continental breakfast left a lot to be desired—cold food, unrefilled fruit, and only late-morning pancakes to show for it, which just doesn't meet the daily rates. Noise from slamming doors is another kicker—couldn't catch a break with that racket, waking up thinking someone was trying to break into my room. Sure, the hotel is cozy, but sound insulation could be better, especially at night.

Spacious rooms with great breakfast
I was really impressed with the spacious King Suite during my stay. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, including fresh pastries that started each day perfectly. The staff were super friendly and made check-in a breeze! One thing I'd improve would be the need for room keys for elevator access, which felt a bit inconvenient.
